The main objective of FCPL is to manufacture Various Count of Cotton Spun Yarn. Product range includes different count of Yarn with various counts ranging from Ne 16s to Ne 40s Weaving and hosiery needs. FIOTEX is targeting both Indian market as well as the export market. Company is planning to add various value added products like Spandex Yarn, Slub Yarn, ELLE Twist Yarn in near future.
The company has set up state of art spinning plant having latest technology. The plant is located at Survey No. 202, At: Village. Sanosara, Rajkot - Jamnagar Highway, Taluka Dhrol, Dist: Jamnagar NearVanapari Toll Naka, Gujarat (INDIA). The plant is located in the cotton growing and ginning area. Company has installed 51072 spindles with latest Machineries comprising TRUETZSCHLER Blow room line and Cards, LMW Breaker Draw Frame / Lap former / Combers, RIETER Finisher Draw Frames, ELECTROJET Speed Frames, LMW 28 Ring Frames of 1824 spindles with total installed capacity of 51072 spindles out of which 40128 spindles are with COMPACT attachment and SCHLAFORST SAURER Auto Link Coner Winders AC-X6.
FIOTEX offers wide range of Yarn Counts for Weaving and Knitting end use. (Card, Combed and Compact for Warp Yarn and Hosiery Yarn)
